Manage invoice entry and accounts receivable/payable process. Oversight of employee expense submission system and troubleshooting issues with company credit

Answers the telephone, greets customers and provides consult and technical support to the physicians, phlebotomists and nursing staff.

Responsible for answering incoming calls, directing calls to appropriate associates, mail distribution, flow of correspondence, requisition of supplies as well
