First few weeks of employment is training in our Oak Brook, IL (DuPage County) office, followed by positions in locations throughout Chicagoland and the Rockford area. We will place you close to your home.

Independence Plus is rapidly expanding our specialized home nursing division. We are currently hiring NEW GRADUATES for our Nurse Residency Program, a full-time employment opportunity for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) with less than one year of experience.

Our nurses become trained specialists in caring for medically complex adult and pediatric patients at home, many with rare diagnoses. You will learn ventilator skills that will give you an edge for the rest of your career, all while being supported by a dedicated team that wants to see YOU succeed and YOUR patient thrive. For those who aren’t sure they want to continue a career in homecare, our training will have given you the skills you need to instantly move your resume to the front of the line to work in the ICU or ER. JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Current IL Registered Nurse (RN) license or IL Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
