Job Responsibilities include:

• Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service
• Ensure staff give great customer service
• Product ordering and receiving, including inventory management with a POS system
• Working with a register efficiently
• Computer skills are a MUST
• Working with product representatives
• Marketing responsibilities including writing newsletters, articles, radio ads
• Working on the shop floor in constant contact with customers and staff
• Deal with all issues that arise from staff or customers (complaints, grievances, etc.)

Required Work Experience:

• Proven successful experience as a retail manager
• Strong computer skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills

Encouraged Work Experience:

• Experience working in a health food store, or some background/strong interest in natural health
