Welcome to the Next Steps team! We are seeking an Occupational Therapist in the North County San Diego area who is committed to working with a diverse pediatric population for 40 hours a week. Start date is April 10, 2023.

Therapists will be, at most, scheduled for 32 hours of therapy in a 40-hour week (80% productivity).

All full-time in-clinic employees have the following schedule:

Mondays: 1:30 pm – 6:30 pm (one 30 min break)
Tuesdays: 8 am – 6:30 pm (two 30 min breaks & 30 min lunch)
Wednesdays: 8 am – 6:30 pm (two 30 min breaks & 30 min lunch)
Thursdays: 8 am – 6:30 pm (two 30 min breaks & 30 min lunch)
Fridays: 8 am – 1 pm (one 30 min break)

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

National and California license in their respective fields

Basic Life Support/CPR certification

No findings in national and state background checks

Current TB test

Current vaccination records including COVID-19 vaccinations

1+ years pediatric experience

Pass health screening
