We are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Occupational Therapist who will be responsible for providing care to patients in their homes. The successful candidate will be able to communicate effectively with patients' families and other health professionals, adhering to all safety protocols while performing the duties of the position. Our Occupational Therapist will also be required to evaluate patients in their homes to ensure that they are capable of performing activities of daily living at home.

Responsibilities:

• Provide occupational therapy and support services to patients.
• Assess patients' abilities and limitations by conducting interviews, mental status exams, and physical examinations.
• Develop treatment plans based on the results of evaluations and assess the effectiveness of treatments.
• Work with patients' legal guardians and caregivers to assess patients' needs and provide them with assistance.
• Analyze patient data for trends that may be related to the type of disability or the cause of injury.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40.00 per hour
