Occupational Therapist is needed! We are a family-owned and oriented pediatric speech and occupational therapy clinic in​ Mesquite, Texas.

SPT is a fast-growing pediatric outpatient clinic with several locations throughout the DFW area. We center our therapists by providing lower caseloads and a better work/life balance than the industry standard in order to ultimately provide the best quality care for our patients.

We provide our therapy team with the support and resources required to provide the highest quality of care. Each therapist has a private treatment room/office with all necessary standardized assessments and therapy materials to ensure excellent patient outcomes.

We are looking for a candidate who is interested in growing their professional career with us and is an active learner. We are seeking someone who is motivated and willing to participate in our growth in the Mesquite, TX​ area.

We give you the opportunity to build your own caseload. We compensate better than most home health agencies and clinics in Dallas! It is all in-office (clinic) pediatric speech & occupational therapy. No driving around all day and dealing with the business politics that most agencies make you deal with. We want you to focus on your patients and only your patients! We want someone who wants to commit long-term and build their caseload. Requirements:

• you must enjoy therapy and work with kids
• Required to have at least 1 Year of experience.

• Current Texas State Licenses in Occupational Therapy
• Minimum Education Requirement: Masters
• Experience in Pediatrics: Children who have developmental delays and difficulties functioning in one or more areas of their lives. Facilitating performance of coordinated motor skills and/or use of the hands, as well as promoting skills for listening and following directions, self-regulation, social play, dressing, and grooming.

Part-time

Pay:

$75,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year depending on caseload

Schedule:

- Monday - Thursday 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

- Fridays as needed for evaluations, makeups, and completing documentation
