The position:

We operate a mobile therapy practice, as such you will be required to travel between clients homes or wherever you have decided to provide treatment. This allows for greater creativity, improved understanding of the client's specific needs, enhanced carryover of HEP and education, and improved progress towards goals. We encourage outings and exploration of novel recreation as a means to achieve goals, and will provide the resources to enhance the way you deliver therapy.

Responsibilities:

• Scheduling patients and building your schedule to meet your needs.

• Documentation including evaluations, progress notes, daily notes in SOAP format, including administering standardized assessments, and adherence to federal payer regulations.

• Communication with patients/caregivers, doctors, and allied health professionals, to ensure our patients get the best possible care.

Qualifications:

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Program, NBCOT board certified

• Experience in treating pediatric clients is preferred

• Preference given to those with an active AK state OT license

• New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Compensation/benefits: $80-$85 per hour
