ICG Rehab Services (www.icgrehab.com) is seeking Licensed Occupational Therapists to provide services, which include assessment and treatment, for children, birth to three, who are participating in the IL Early Intervention program. Assessment and treatment is provided in accordance with the physician’s Plan of Care, company policies and professional standards of practice to improve the quality of life.
Areas of need include: Throughout Illinois.
We currently offer fee-for-service (1099) positions and can assist therapists with the Early Intervention credentialing process.
