Concordia Visiting Nurses is seeking a full time Occupational Therapists to cover parts of our Baden Service Areas.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Occupational Therapist [OTR/L] is a registered and licensed qualified professional who directs, supervises, evaluates and provides occupational therapy services to patients in their home or current residence as prescribed by the attending physician.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an American Occupational Therapy Association Accredited Program of Occupational Therapy
• Registered with the National Board of Occupational Therapy
• Licensed as an Occupational Therapist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
• One-year clinical experience in physical disabilities as a registered occupational therapist. Two years’ experience recommended
• Reliable, independent means of transportation to make home visits. Drivers must have a valid driver’s license and drive a vehicle with insurance limits as established in personnel policies
