Currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator for a small, fast-paced Landscape Design & Build company.
Qualified individuals will be:

Tasks include:
-All Client Communication/client scheduling/survey scheduling
-Manage iCloud calendar, pictures, emails
-Maintain Insurance & Registration for vehicles
-Order & maintain office supplies
-Order and maintain Uniforms
-Order client pre-job equipment (Porta Potty, Dumpster, etc)
-Assist and manage Owner appointments, personal errands, etc
-Bank Deposits
-Assist with Permits
-Order Construction Materials (Awnings, Outdoor Kitchens, Hot Tubs)
-Assist with Cost Estimating
-Assist with Client Billing
Experience with MS Office required.
Salary negotiable depending on experience.
