Equity Lifestyle Properties provides a lifestyle product that focuses on the seasons and being one with nature. This General Manager will oversee the Portfolio of our RV Campgrounds in the Maine market.

What you’ll do:

The General Manager will oversee three campgrounds with a portfolio size of roughly 933 sites that operate seasonally between the months of April-October( weather permitting.) We anticipate this individual to have the flexibility to travel and provide leadership at the three properties year-round.

Your job will include:

• Provide exceptional customer service to our guests to ensure an excellent experience.
• Manage the resources and assets of the property, including buildings and amenities.
• Conduct marketing activities to attract new customers.
• Hire and manage resort employees.
• Prepare, manage and analyze the operational budgets for the portfolio.
• Maximize the profitability of the properties.
• Maintain the resort and ensure that it’s clean and attractive.
• Analyze, prepare and manage the operational budget of the portfolio to improve its profitability.

Your skills and experience include:

• Bachelor’s degree, or a combination of education and equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of property management experience, preferably in an RV or manufacturing home community setting.
• Strong operations skills and a thorough understanding of the complexities of this position.
• At least one year of experience in customer service and exceptional customer service skills.
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Office and other web-based applications.
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record and current auto insurance.
