WHAT WILL YOU DO

Manage overall operations of the company.
Ensure that the work we procure is carried out in a timely and efficient manner.
Handle employee needs/problems.
Work closely with the office manager to ensure that proper billing takes place.

WHAT WILL HELP YOU SUCCEED

Create a system to proactively manage work schedules, crew deployment, supply procurement, and work checklists. You must be able to document the detailed issues that must be handled on all jobs, and effectively manage the execution of said issues.
Staying ahead of the workload is key. A system based on reaction to problems will produce a constant supply of problems, and a limited supply of solutions. A system based on proactive anticipation of needs will produce fewer problems and an endless supply of solutions. Superior communication skills are a must.

Salary

Based on qualifications, work ethic, dedication, and performance. $55K-$75K/Year.

Possible benefits are company truck, insurance payment, vacation pay.
