RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Ensure proper management oversight, expectations, and methods for maintaining a safe and healthy work environment within all operations.
• Maintain and develop a highly effective organization able to service all channels and divisions that spans multiple business units and functions.
• Establish and meet all financial and budgetary objectives while servicing customers at established service level agreements. Works with sales/customer service teams to ensure clear, measurable, and high-quality service level agreements for all outbound orders.
• Interface and communicate effectively across a broad group of internal and external stakeholders.
• Manage resources expertly while driving continuous improvements and achieving various financial, operational, service and organization improvement targets.
• Ensure clear and measurable KPIs are in place for all operations.

REQUIREMENTS FOR SUCCESS

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain related field preferred.
• 4+ years’ experience in supply chain operations including experience in both warehousing and material handling automation.
• Professional experience should be predominately in high-volume, fast-moving consumer facing industries with large product portfolios.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Highly adept at balancing and achieving complex objectives related to service, cost, safety, organization health and stability, and customer requirements.
• Strong strategic thinking skills and proven ability to apply industry best practices to the operation.
• In depth knowledge of distribution terms, warehouse operations, workforce management, productivity, and material handling equipment.
• Must have experience with WMS, WCS and high volume automated and mechanized material handling equipment.

Physical Requirements:
Occasional lifting up to 50 pounds,
Frequent lifting is 30 pounds or less.
Frequently Push and pull up to 50 pounds force
Limited Exposure to environmental conditions
Environmental Exposure:
Occasionally exposed to exhaust fumes or other airborne particles, and other potentially hazardous solvents and chemicals
