Spirit Energy, LLC is looking for an Operations Supervisor to help oversee day to day Propane, Fuel, Crude, Condensate, VacTruck, and Service work operations. Located in New Town, North Dakota. Spirit is an established company since 2010 that is growing with opportunity and experience.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Help manage equipment and drivers in the field.
• Coordinate with shop and Mechanics on needs for trucks and drivers.
• Be able to train and onbloard potential new employees.
• Support in projects and driver needs in the field.
• Schedule hauls and deliveries in coordination with customer.
• Administer and enforcement of all company policies.
• Oversee implementation and enforcement of the company’s safety and training programs.
• Follow federal and state regulatory compliance.
• Engage existing and potential customers concerning company performance and new accounts.
• Entertain and resolve employee issues and concerns.
• Oversee processing of accident and incident reports.
• Perform performance reviews of employees.
• Must be team oriented and be able to problem solve.
• Be willing to drive and cover shifts for current personnel as needed or in emergencies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Must have at least 1year experience in the Bakken.
• Must have some management/supervisory experience.
• Must have a high school diploma.
• Must have a Class A Commercial Driver’s License and/or substantial driving experience.
• Must have sound knowledge of DOT regulations.
• Must be personable with good communications skills.
• Must be hard working, loyal and ethical.
• Must have a good working knowledge of computers and smart phones.
• Must be a team player with a positive attitude, committed to your job and the company.

Compensation

• Salary DOE.
