Williamson Pump and Motor is seeking an Outside Sales Representative for locations in MA, NH, ME, and CT, with multiple territory options. Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers and clients. Duties include identifying prospective customers, following up on potential sales leads, and maintaining relationships with existing customers. Sales Representative will also monitor industry trends in order to identify emerging markets and develop plans to utilize those markets to expand revenue. If you have prior sales experience in motors and HVAC pumps and desire to expand your career by selling top-of-the-line products with the most experienced Motor-Pump sales and service staff in New England, we want to hear from you.
QUALIFICATIONS

• Min age: 18+
• Driver’s License (Required)
• Clean Driving Record
• Mechanical Experience
• Experience with pump and motors
• 2 to 10+ years of sales experience preferred
• Strong entrepreneurial drive and work ethic
• Competitive nature. Driven to succeed. Hate to lose
• Passion for/Knowledge of heavy equipment
• Hungry to learn and an ability to apply new knowledge
• Strong QUESTIONING techniques that drive “business conversations”
• Eager to embrace technology (cell phones, i-Pads, CRM, etc.)
