Seeking a part-time assistant property manager to assist the manager at an affordable housing property by performing the responsibility for assisting areas as defined by the property manager. The assistant manager will perform duties required of the property and residence in absence of Property Manager.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
· Prepares agreements/contracts and collects specified rents.
· Post invoices and rents to Yardi Voyager for accounting to process for the property.
· Assist with scheduling alterations to, or maintenance, upkeep, or reconditioning of property as required.
· Assist manger with daily operations, site staff and vendors.
· Maintain inventory for supplies and equipment used on property.
· Coordinates moving, inspections, dealing with tenant issues and related items.
· Daily inspection of grounds and vacant units.
· Process evictions.
· Available for emergency calls and situations as required.
· Provide quality costumer care and communication with tenants.
Qualifications:
· Knowledge of Affordable Housing
· Knowledge of Yardi software.
