Truck Country, a dealership group with 24 locations across the Midwest is a full-service repair shop that includes: preventative maintenance, chassis and engine repair, and a full-service parts department.

Current openings for a Parts Counter Salesperson—Service Advisor

· Retail sales of OEM and after-market heavy duty truck parts & accessories

· Outstanding Customer service

· Supplying quality parts & accessories to our service department

· Prior auto or truck parts experience

· Will also work as a service advisor during this shift

· Write Up a repair order for our diesel technicians

· Create repair orders and provide estimates

· Deal directly with customers

Ideal candidates will have previous experience as a technician or parts counter sales, with the ability to display knowledge of diesel and gas engines, and repair procedures.

Candidates should also have a strong work ethic, leadership skills, exceptional attention to detail, and effective customer service skills.
