RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Receive incoming telephone calls and e-mails from clients and record information for products and services. Facilitate account information to the client.
• Interacts with clients in a professional manner.
• Keeps quality, speed and accuracy at acceptable levels while maintaining acceptable standards.
• Accountable for the accurate input of data.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Minimum of one year of payroll experience. Proven ability to understand payroll policies and procedures. Payroll knowledge and experience with payroll taxes and garnishments required.

• Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• General payroll knowledge.
• Experienced with Excel and Word software programs.
• Proficient typing /keying scores.
• Effective oral and written communications skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment effectively.
• Attention to work/ detail skills mandatory.
• Ability to work under pressure.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
