We are looking for an experienced personal injury attorney to work a caseload in our Pre-Litigation department. This is perfect for a lawyer who loves to help clients without the pressure of going to trial.

We offer a hybrid work environment consisting of 3 days in-office and 2 days remote each week!

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Negotiate personal injury cases (mostly car accident) pre-suit.
• Help clients from in-take through settlement.
• Draft demand letters

Requirements:

• 3 years prior experience in personal injury law
• Out-going personality
• Strong negotiation skills
• Strong organization skills
• Ability to understand common car accident injuries and read medical records
