Insuring Minnesota is seeking a Personal Lines CSR for our Lakeville, MN office. If you enjoy interacting with people, providing outstanding customer service, and are looking for a rewarding position, Insuring Minnesota may be the right place for you! We are looking for a Customer Service Representative who is a licensed insurance professional that enjoys providing exceptional, personalized customer service.
As a Personal Lines Customer Service Representative, you will use your strong communication skills to answer calls and properly handle customer inquiries, and process and review policies.
Candidate Qualifications:
· Minnesota property and casualty license. (Strongly Preferred)
· 2 years’ experience working in Insurance. (Strongly Preferred)
· Good customer service skills with prior experience.
· Demonstrated job stability.
· Solid computer, grammar, and multi-tasking skills.
· Strong attention to detail, time management, and decision-making skills.
· Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Be a team player, able to not only handle a full workload but also able to lend a hand to others when needed.

Job Duties:
· Answer incoming customer inquiries and phones
· Record customer information within our customer service database (Applied Systems TAM)
· Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner while actively listening to their concerns
· Offer support and solutions to customers in accordance with the company's customer service policies
· Respond to client requests in a timely manner for reviews (EXLynx), policy changes, billing inquiries, and verification of coverage for lenders.
· Other duties as requested

Schedule:
· Monday to Thursday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
· Friday 8:00am to 2:00pm (paid for 8 hours)
Compensation:
· Hourly Wage based on experience
· Commission compensation available for accounts written and serviced on your own time.
