We are looking to add multiple Physical Therapists to our company due to our recent rapid growth, not turnover (we have 95% retention of PT staff over the last 2 years)! We have positions open in the Covington/Kent region. You'll have the opportunity to see the clinics you'd like, and decide which clinic works best for you.

At Outpatient Physical Therapy we pride ourselves on growth! We will provide you with up to 50 hours (DOE) of mentoring targeted towards your career goals and aspirations. Our mentorship program and Board Certification Fastrack Program has helped numerous therapists become board-certified. We have the highest percentage of board-certified therapists in the region working with us!

Our creative approach to compensation allows you the flexibility to create a compensation plan that works best for you, and your family. We will continuously provide you snapshots of your data so you can make an educated decision on which revenue share plan works best for you. More information can be provided during your interview.

Outpatient Physical Therapy is locally owned by a Physical Therapist- not a hospital or a corporation. That means we are focused on our patients AND our employees. Our providers spend more time with patients than most companies and have lower production standards than most, as well. We employ more than 90 terrific people across 8 clinics in South King County and Pierce County, the places we call home. We work for each other and for these communities because they are OUR communities. Founded 40 years ago by Physical Therapists, Outpatient Physical Therapy is a leading provider of outpatient physical and occupational therapy to residents of our local communities.

Schedule: 4-10s. Days of week, and hours, will depend on clinic.
Wage: DOE, Base + Revenue share pay model. $10,000 Sign-on bonus provided!
