ABOUT US: We are a locally based family owned and operated, private non physician owned medical rehabilitation company that has been in existence since 2003. We proudly have grown from one clinic location to 5 in that time period. Our referral base is extremely diverse. Our staff consists of a team of well-trained physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, and chiropractors.

- In good standing with all professional associations and regulatory agencies.

- Eligible or licensed in Arizona as a Physical Therapist.
