Minimum Entry Level Qualifications

• Experience and/or level of competency: Proven work as a physician recruiter, HR recruiter or similar role. Familiarity with recruiting software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good time management and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively. Excellent networking and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Academic Preparation: Associate’s degree in business or related field required. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

Job Summary:

The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for assisting the CEO in recruiting Physicians for the organization. The physician recruiter will also be responsible for developing and implementing effective recruiting strategies and plans. The Physician Recruiter will be responsible for screening candidates and conducting the initial interview.

Specific Responsibilities:

• Serves as liaison with candidates, CEO, and Directors regarding contractual and other issues
• Upon acceptance of new provider search, becomes familiar with all aspects of the search through research regarding specific specialty and discussion with CEO
• Develops sourcing strategy and recruiting timeline
• Communicates with candidates to request relevant information
• Coordinates with and sends updates to CEO
• Works with CEO and marketing to design appropriate marketing materials
• The Physician Recruiter will be a valued member of the team responsible for attracting, introducing and coordinating the selection process for new physicians
• The Physician Recruiter will be the central point of contact between candidates and the CEO throughout the recruitment process
• Leads search initiation, sourcing campaigns, candidate tracking and coordinating candidate interviews
• Performs other duties as assigned.
