Principal, Business Information Security

Enterprise Cybersecurity provides worldwide cybersecurity protection, technology, and support to all businesses under the Fidelity Investments umbrella. As an ambassador between Enterprise Cybersecurity and the business, this leader provides deep to commanding leadership, technical, and analytical abilities to move and promote our practice to an outstanding information security organization.

This role is a member of the Work Place Investing (WI), Advanced Process Solutions (APS) and Health Care (HC) Agile Team. In supporting these businesses, this role will be securing the firm, helping the business meet regulatory adherence and driving the growth and retention.

The Expertise You Have

• Masters and Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience;
• 5+ years information security, risk, or related technology subject area

The Skills You Bring

• Communication– Deep interpersonal proficiencies, clear communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills. Has ability to anticipate changes and have positive attitude to them with determination in action.
• Cybersecurity Competence – Deep understanding of the cybersecurity product areas, policies and the application of concepts to the business unit. Correlates strategic development and business initiatives to ECS product lines and products to implement the best cybersecurity controls available. Solid grasp of cyber risk management principles, how it affects our partners and applying appropriate mitigation strategies effectively
• Organizational Awareness – Commanding knowledge of Fidelity’s overall purpose, our supported business and technology organizations, and ECS. Awareness of the internal hierarchical and management structure within the organization and Fidelity's external competitive position.

• You serve as the voice of the business to ECS product areas and help business leaders prioritize their cybersecurity objectives.
• You bring about strategic change, both within and outside the organization, to meet organizational goals and regulatory adherence.
• You will implement the organizational vision in a constantly changing environment by applying technical knowledge, analyzing problems, and calculating risks.
• You participate in and lead an expansive environment that develops others, facilitates collaboration and partnership, and supports constructive resolution of conflicts.
