At least three years in graphic design required. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.

College degree or technical certification(s) in land use planning, real estate, environmental consulting, engineering, construction, or related field.

Experience in problem-solving tools and techniques to aid in conducting product defect investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective action proposals.

Conducts investigations of guest's, tenant's or visitor's losses; guest, tenant or visitor illness and crimes against the property Deals with emergencies such
