Product Designer

Flow Health improves patient outcomes through the promise of data and artificial intelligence. We combine a clinical laboratory, an anatomic pathology group and self-learning software to make healthcare proactive and personalized.

Flow Health is focused on the treatment and prevention of disease by offering novel diagnostics that drive a personalized approach to improve patient health. We are driven to give healthcare providers the most advanced testing information available so patients can get the best treatment.

About the Role:

Compensation: $110,000 to $140,000 per year, depending on experience

Location- in or around the vicinity of Los Angeles, CA.

• 
  This is a hybrid position with the requirement of 1-2 days a week in-office at Culver City, CA location.
• Candidate must also be able to remotely join overseas teams for daily meetings between 7:00AM and 9:00AM PST

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• 5+ years designing UX/UI for consumer-facing products across the web, mobile or others
• Strong in visual design, interaction design, and regularly execute prototypes to rapidly test and iterate complex interactions and experiences
• Experience working with design systems (design components, icon, arts, motion, illustration)
• Great communication skills to be able to articulate your concepts, vision and decision-making
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders across the org
• Ability to rapidly iterate and produce multiple concepts
• Self-motivated and able to efficiently run a project without close supervision
• Highly skilled and efficient in using any tools you need to visualize your ideas and deliver the work
• Experience with a/b testing and a data driven practice
• Results oriented and resilient. Ability to fit within a startup culture which celebrates efficiency and driving impact
• At times, work efficiently under high levels of pressure and demanding timelines

Qualifications

• Strong experience designing for web and complex admin / dashboard tools. Bonus if you have basic front end knowledge, css html, and responsive web
• Experience with live-streaming products on both web and mobile
• Mastery of Figma/ Sketch, Adobe suite
• Deep knowledge of consumer-facing products, and demonstrated proficiency in the formal elements of design including typography, color, and layout
• Portfolio is required

Schedule and Travel:

• May be variable at first but then will even out to either Sunday - Thursday, Tue - Sat or Monday - Friday, depending on need
