Corvid Technologies is seeking qualified candidates to join the Modeling and Simulations Contract Framework and Tools (MASC-F) program. The MASC-F program will support the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) in performing Ballistic Missile Defense System (BMDS) Modeling & Simulation (M&S) and its intended uses. This includes the following categories: Concept Evaluation, Developmental Engineering, Testing and Verification, Assessment, Training, and Operational Support.

MASC-F personnel support the program in the following areas.

· Modify, enhance, develop, and sustain of the MDA Objective Simulation Framework (OSF) to meet MDA's evolving M&S requirements

· Maintain and evolve the OSF architecture and external interfaces

· Develop, modify and enhance other BMDS tools as required

The candidate will be working in an agile development environment and will be responsible for supporting all functions outlined below:

· Assists agile teams in use of good SE practices authoring stories

· Assists teams in implementing capabilities by providing clarification on features and enablers

· Manages team relevant interfaces to communicate updates to interfaces to the teams

· Responsible for accepting stories and validating they meet definition of done

· Decomposes higher level requirements, epics and capabilities into smaller manageable features

· Authors features and enablers with good Systems Engineering (SE) practices

· Performs requirements traceability between OSS, SRS (Features) and Acceptance Tests

· Creates SE artifacts as required to assist product team’s implementation of capabilities

· Updates MASC-F system model with SE artifacts and other designs to assist implementation

· Updates Interface Control Documents (ICD), schemas and other documentation for interfaces relevant to the team

· Assists Integration and Test (I&T) Product Team members in authoring and executing acceptance tests

· Assists with Formal Qualification Test (FQT) tests to assure that the right requirements are verified properly

Education and Technical Skill Required:

· Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education, with 5 years of professional experience; or 3 years of professional experience with a related Masters degree; or no experience required with a related PhD or JD

· Demonstrated experience as a Product Owner in an MDS environment

· Knowledge of MDA components

· Experience working in an agile development environment

· Strong verbal, written, and organization skills with superior attention to detail

· U.S. Citizenship and a SECRET Security Clearance is required
