What You Will Be Doing
- Drive product development with a team of world class engineers and designers
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other areas of the business, including tech, product, design, and marketing
- Define, monitor, and analyze key metrics for launched products/features and feed learnings back into our product development and learning process
- Provide a strong agile mindset and lead by example in both the team and the organization
- Supporting the team in constantly learning and improving the ways of working together
- Develop detailed product requirements that define the user capabilities, specific functional specifications, data and analytics and additional details that show how the user stories are to be satisfied
- Product planning eliciting requirements using interviews, document analysis, workshops, business process descriptions, user stories, and scenarios
What You Need for this Position
- 5+ years in a software development role (Engineering, Development, Product) with Product Management/Ownership being preferred/plus
- Time spent in the Upstream Oil & Gas Industry and/or SaaS industry seen as a huge plus
- Open communication and ability to spend time in office in West Houston
