We are seeking an Administrative Assistant for a Kearney production facility!

Summary of the Production Administrative Assistant position:

• Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5 PM
• Pay is $16.50-18/hour DOE

Responsibilities of the Production Administrative Assistant:

• Data entry
• Checking in guests
• Schedule appointments
• Assist callers with information
• Take dictation
• Generating reports
• Other general administrative duties as assigned

Qualifications & Requirements for the Production Administrative Assistant position:

• Must have strong communication and coordination skills
• Must have good interpersonal skills.
• Must have extensive computer skills
• Must have knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures and systems
• Must be able to effectively multi-task
