RMC is hiring a Program Manager to support our customers in North Island, San Diego, Pt. Mugu and China Lake CA.

The selected applicant will lead and manage multiple project efforts serving as the primary interface and point of contact with Government customer to oversee execution projects. The selected applicant will:

• Oversee the operations of complex technical program
• Manage a staff of IT professionals consisting of an Information Assurance team, a Help Desk team, a Network team and a System Administration team to internal and external end users
• Manage IT business workflows, processes, and documentation to ensure accountability and responsibilities within contract guidelines
• Delegate all incoming tasking, and continuously update team schedules to maintain operational deadlines.
• Facilitate quarterly IT and CCB meetings, project reviews and document changes to the environment of operation
• Applicant must be knowledgeable of the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
• Applicant must have strong verbal and written communication skills and be detail-oriented

Requirements:

A Master’s degree, in computer science or in a business field, is required. In lieu of a Master’s degree, A bachelor’s and an additional four (4) years of relevant work experience are required. At least eight (10) years of experience with IT related project management is required. The selected applicants must have PMP Certification and the ability to work independently and as part of a team in RDT&E environments. A DoD 8570/5239 IAT Level II Certification (Security + CE) is desired.

An active DoD Top Secret clearance is required to start.
