This is a unique position that will provide support for both Mandere Construction Project Managers and Northwest Building Components Sales Staff. The Project Coordinator will be an integral part of the team in assisting and organizing our ongoing projects. To be successful as a project coordinator, you will need to be able to work on tight deadlines, be competent in using Microsoft Office applications such as Word and Excel, and have exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills. This is a dynamic position that will see a project from start to finish and will assist both Project Managers (Mandere Construction) and Sales Staff (NWBC)

The ideal candidate will have:

· Well versed in Microsoft Office Suite

· ProCore or other Project Management Software experience is preferred, but not required.

· Good communication and interpersonal skills capable of maintaining strong relationships.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

· Team-management and leadership skills

· Documentation management and ability to use project management tools.

· Attention to details even under pressure.

· Time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines

Responsibilities and Expectations:

· Work closely with Project Managers, Sales Staff and Clients to manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current and properly stored.

· Assist in ensuring projects are within budget and on schedule.

· Assign tasks to internal teams and assist with schedule management.

· Provide Backup in Accounts Payable functions and HR functions as needed.

· Complete Warranty Packets at the end of project when it is requested from client.
