Regional General Contractor specializing in new construction and renovation of apartment projects is seeking an experienced Project Engineer / Asst. Project Manager / Estimator to join their expanding team.

The Project Engineer duties include providing coordination, quality control, and all other aspects of project management including meeting tight schedules. Experience in Project Management of apartments. Estimating ability is required with attention to detail, multifamily experience a plus. Applicants should have a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, excellent organizational skills, be computer literate in Microsoft Office, and have the ability to work with a team dedicated to providing a quality product, on schedule, and on budget. This is a salaried, full time position and evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand to meet, maintain, or exceed the project schedule as required. Some travel throughout North Carolina and Tennessee will be required.
