Location: Grantville, PA (Harrisburg/ Hershey Area)

Pay Rate: $30 with health benefits

Job Description:

Project team leaders are responsible for landscape-related construction projects. These projects mostly involve installing pavers, retaining walls and outdoor living to include low voltage lighting, planting, fencing, stone, light excavation etc. The project leader must be able to estimate basic jobs, coordinate materials and deliver quality work, on budget.

Essential Job Functions

• Maintain and create positive working relationships and a positive team culture
• Deliver quality work on time, on budget
• Install pavers
• Drug-Free
• Operate skid loader, mini-excavator proficiently
• Install retaining walls
• Installation of fencing, concrete, veneer, electrical all beneficial
• Estimate time and materials needed
• Install quality, safe work on budget
• Ability to build, maintain positive relationships with clients which lead to client retention

Basic Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have dependable transportation to and from work
• Must have valid Driver’s License
• Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
• Similar service work or landscape experience preferred.
• Ability to use a smartphone or tablet
• Must have 5 years of Project lead experience

Working Conditions:

• Flexible schedule, primarily M-F Workweek
• Physical requirements necessary include walking, standing, bending, and lifting, sitting for long periods of time while typing on a computer
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds
