We are seeking someone to assist our commercial project managers with various tasks including, but not limited to:

• Assist in bidding projects by compiling project costs from vendors and suppliers
• Compile submittals and owner & operations manuals
• Maintain project information including submittals, RFI’s, CCD’s, ASI’s, Change orders, Cx logs, and more
• Other tasks and projects to help project managers run jobs efficiently

You are a good candidate for this position if:

• Work well in a fast-paced environment maintaining high levels of project details, quality of work, and professionalism
• Able to follow verbal directions and take responsibility for assignments delegated and reporting progress regularly
• Understand and follow project contract documents, including architectural plans, mechanical plans, project specifications, and submittals
