Job Description
Position Title: Project Manager
Job Summary
The Project Manager plays an integral role in the operation of the Company by managing key client projects. Project management responsibilities include the coordination and completion of projects on time within budget and within scope. Overseeing all aspects of projects.
Setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities and monitoring and summarizing progress of projects. Prepare reports for upper management regarding status of project.

Basis of Evaluation
This position is responsible for the duties noted above and as such will be evaluated on the achievement of the maintenance and improvement of all processes that effect quality, productivity, and customer service as well as:
Achieving goals for assigned projects.
The Project Manager has an expressed obligation to satisfy the Company’s owners; therefore, the implied expectations from the owners will be considered in the performance evaluation.
Preferred Qualifications
1. Experience as a construction project manager and estimator preferred.
2. In-depth understanding of construction procedures and material and project management principles
3. Familiarity with quality and health and safety standards
4. Good knowledge of MS Office
5. Familiarity with construction/ project management software
6. Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
8. A team player with leadership abilities
9. PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
10. Must be able to read and interpret customer blueprints, drawings, sketches, and other documents necessary to perform the job.
11. Must have a working knowledge of company production techniques as well as relevant production and safety procedures and policies.
12. Willingness to “roll up his/her sleeves” and do what is necessary to get the job done.
13. Honesty, integrity and a strong desire to succeed.
14. Ability to deal tactfully with colleagues.
15. Ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure
