Summary

The Project Manager to manage OEM and municipal water & wastewater projects ranging in size from $10K-500K. In this position, you will be responsible for effectively managing projects from project award through start-up and final commissioning. Work closely with client to anticipate and avoid problems, and quickly resolve problems that arise.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Lead/manage project teams through delegation, conflict negotiation, risk management, change order management, organizing and scheduling, and project performance audits (close-out).
• Manage customer interaction and expectations through the length of the project cycle including kick-off, submittals, approvals, manufacturing, testing, and commissioning.
• Track and manage financials of the project including budget management, schedule of values, revenue management, invoice management, change order management, procurement management, and payment assurance.
• Focus on continuous improvement initiatives by recognizing and correcting internal and external processes when necessary.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree Engineering, Engineering Technology, or equivalent relevant experience
• Minimum three years project management experience in related field
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional skills using MS Office, including Excel
• High level of organizational and time management skills
• Experience with project management software (experience with Jonas Construction software, and Smartsheet a plus)
• Proven ability to establish and achieve project objectives

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
