Project Manager- Concrete

FULL TIME

Easton Concrete, a well-established and growing provider of concrete construction services in the Gallatin Valley, is searching for a Project Manager – Residential to join their team. A potential candidate for this position will possess strong communication skills, the ability to lead, train, and mentor, and be detailed driven with a strong desire to deliver a quality product.

Position Responisibilities:

• Being safety conscious and expect the same out of others
• Acting as main point of contact for the project from beginning to close out of the warranty
• Performing all preconstruction tasks such as preparing budgets, schedules, job cost setup, schedule of values, project preplanning, and issuing purchase orders and subcontracts
• Reviewing shop drawings and submittals for compliance with contract documents
• Managing project team members and assigning duties, responsibilities, and authority
• Ensuring adherence of all company policies, procedures, standards, etc
• Being responsible for the accuracy and timely distribution of weekly job cost reports as well as monthly detailed financial projections
• Taking corrective actions as necessary to ensure all project goals are met
• Managing project Change Order pricing and submittal
• Monitoring and ensuring projects progress on schedule within prescribed budget.
• Producing monthly cost projections and provides accounting monthly billing totals.
• Leading the resolution of project issues
• Ensuring timecards are being completed accurately
• Monitoring overall quality of the work

Requirements:

• A degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering
• Prior experience in management of construction and familiarity with construction software applications such as Procore, Jonas, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Suite would be beneficial but not a requirement

Compensation:

• $75k - $85k a year salary
