The purpose of this position is to carry out all aspects of managing company projects. This involves making new client contacts, constant current client contacts and overseeing a project(s) from start to finish. This position is expected to be performed with minimal to no supervision.

Essential Job Functions:

• Develop project scopes, costs and schedules directly from clients’ initial discussions
• Scheduling client meetings and conference calls/video calls as required
• Attend site visits and gather information from job sites as needed
• Oversee and manage team projects including budgets, scopes, proposals
• Review status of projects budgets and drive prioritization to meet deadlines and agreements
• Develop and prioritize project schedules for best deliverable outcomes for both client and company
• Maintain client communications through all stages of project life
• Gather, record and manage all project documentation for project stages
• Ensure project developments meet company policies/procedures and client contracts
• Coordinate multiple industries and disciplines both internally and externally where required for project continuity
• Apply effective motivational techniques and demonstrate initiative skills
• Demonstrate effective leadership skills to ensure project teams work together to meet project goals
• Will work directly with company ownership to create better practices and procedures
• Will report to company ownership of any concerns or issues concerning project success

Physical Requirements:

• Sitting for long periods at a desk and working on a computer.
• Walking on hard surfaces for several hours during job site visits.
• Bending, reaching in all directions working field measuring tools such as tape measures and laser tools.

Position Requirements

• Must be able to carry out position duties with little supervision from principals
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Architectural discipline or equivalent combination of academic training and related engineering experience is preferred
• 5-10 Years of experience in related engineering field
• Min. 5 years’ experience in project management and personnel supervision
• Will possess strong communication and written skills
• Must possess strong insight, authoritative and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office products, Quickbase, Bentley, Visual Analysis, Outlook and Bluebeam Revu, CAD programs desired
