H.E. Callahan Construction Co. is a long standing Commercial Construction firm and we are growing. We have an immediate opening for a Commercial Construction Project Manager with 5-10 years' experience to be based in our Auburn office.

Roles & Responsibilities
Completion of assigned projects within budget, on schedule, to the company's quality standards, and to the customer's satisfaction. This position will report to the Operations Manager and will work together with the Project Superintendent in the successful execution of his/her assigned projects. The right candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational and time management skills, as well as possess excellent communication and customer service skills.

Candidate must have a superior work ethic and a strong sense of commitment to evaluation and continuous process improvement.

Job Functions

• Manages the financial aspect of the project including cost reporting, forecasting, requisitions, payables, and contract changes.
• Manages Client and Architect relations and project communication
• Manages Subcontractors and Suppliers, including enforcement of company safety policies, buyout and communications
• Manages, estimate, and negotiates Change Orders
• Executes project objectives and goals
• Works with the Project Superintendent to control and monitor construction progress, project site safety, and compliance with contract documents
• Represents the company in project meetings, executes all project documentation
• Prepares and maintains project schedule
