• Take booked projects from Production Manager and schedule them into production for efficient and profitable completion. * Measure and create material list * Order Materials and complete Materials order form for job jacket. * Contact each customer within 7 days of receiving job jacket. * Ensure all necessary materials and tool rentals are ordered and arranged in advance to prevent delays to the production schedule. * Schedule and manage all subcontractors and their materials to complete projects on budget and on time. * Oversee and support in production on a daily basis to ensure employees are producing on budget and on schedule. * Ensure all Change Orders (additions or changes to the scope of work/contract) are approved in writing or by email. Approval is required customer before commencement of the work. * Maintain regular contact with subcontractors, customers, employees, to ensure that all project progress is on track. * Be on the jobsite at the start/end and middle of each trade as needed. * Upon completion turn job jacket into admin or next trade.

Pay: $65,965.00 - $73,320.00 per year
