KOST USA is looking for a Project Manager to join our team. We are looking for a self-motivated, punctual, professional, and organized individual who enjoys detailed work and a fast-paced environment. This position is critical to our operation and is an integral part of the Research & Development team.
The Project Manager is responsible for developing and managing the Recochem Commercial Project Management Process. The Project Manager will be responsible for defining project plans and ensuring that the team is able to execute with excellence. This position will work collaboratively with all functional areas of the company to define and execute projects according to customer requirements

Job Responsibilities
- The Project Manager will have three primary functions:
- Develop and implement project management practices at Recochem.
- Maintain and continuously improve project management process.
- Provide project management support as needed elsewhere in the company.
- Position will need to craft unique solutions to changing company needs for how to best manage projects from ideation to launch.
- Develop institutional knowledge of project management skills, processes, and software.
- Responsible for maintaining a basic understanding of all functional areas of the company including technical, marketing, production, finance, sales, and quality.
- Utilize process and excellent communication skills to ensure that the project team fully understands and can execute project scope.
- Hold team accountable, ensuring that they are meeting deadlines and completing commitments to the best of their abilities.
- Assist in training new hires in project process.
- Act as a knowledge resource for organization.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in chemical or mechanical engineering preferred.
- One to three years of experience in project management.
- Previous experience in managing projects. Project management certification desired.
- Understanding of operations, processes, and procedures.
- Understanding of quality assurance, analytical process, and procedures.
- Strong sense of customer service with internal and external customers.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and project management programs.
- Strong communication skills.
