Overview:

Levi Technologies is a start-up software company focused on creating innovative and user-friendly applications to help colleges and universities streamline their process. We are seeking a skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our team and lead our software development team for PocketRA™, an app designed to streamline daily tasks for Resident Assistants in college dorms. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the development of the app and ensuring that it meets the goals and objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage our 2 - 5 person software development team for PocketRA™, ensuring that they are working effectively and efficiently towards development goals.
• Develop project plans and timelines, and ensure that the team is meeting all deadlines and milestones.
• Ensure that the app is being developed to meet the needs and requirements of the target market.
• Communicate with stakeholders to ensure that they are informed about project progress and any changes or issues that may arise.
• Work closely with the development team to identify any technical issues and ensure that they are resolved in a timely manner.
• Ensure that the app is of the highest quality, and meets all standards for user experience, design, and functionality.
• Utilize Azure and Azure DevOps to manage the development process, track progress, and ensure that the project is on schedule and within budget.
• Collaborate with the sales team to promote the app and drive sales.
• Provide regular updates to senior management regarding project progress, budget, and potential issues or risks.
• Assist in recruiting and training new team members as needed.
• Utilize past experience as a resident assistant in college to inform the development of the app and ensure that it meets the needs of RAs and their daily tasks.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a project manager in the software development industry, with a track record of successfully leading teams and delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with Azure and Azure DevOps is required.
• Strong understanding of software and web development methodologies and processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively.
• Past experience as a resident assistant in college is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field is preferred.
