M&N Excavators is looking for an experienced individual to provide estimating and project management. Will be responsible for planning projects and preparing budgets and timelines for work. Must be detail oriented, and effective communicator, have demonstrated organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

Plans all phases of the construction lifecycle from initiation to completion.
Develops and adheres to the budget, timeline, and quality control plan.
Uses scheduling software to update schedules, track progress, and document project progression.
Monitor project deliverables
Update relevant team members on the project progress
Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications:

Associates' Degree in construction science and management, engineering, architecture, business administration, or a related degree
Five years of project management required
Preferred management experience in earthwork and roadway construction
Strong business acumen in project planning and management
Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and Project
Proficiency with Viewpoint Construction Software and Planswift
Proficiency with Carlson or CAD software preferred but not required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $53,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
