Summary of Position: Under the close supervision of the General Manager or other delegates, this position will acquire knowledge of how to assign and manage appropriate resources to complete customer facility management and maintenance objectives. Project management duties will include documenting and monitoring each step of projects to ensure delivery is on time and on budget. Maintains high level of self-organization and employs strong communication skills to provide excellent customer service and proficient vendor management.
Essential Functions:
· Gains knowledge of how to facilitate and coordinate external third parties/vendors to successfully execute projects for customers.
· Learns and understands how to manage project budget and appropriately allocate resources. Delivers projects on time and within the scope of the budget.
· Grasps the importance and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously using company protocol as standard.
· Proactively monitors and assesses project status and project progression to minimize unnecessary risk to timeline and budget.
· Develops an understanding of how to administer changes to project scope, schedule, and cost using TCG guidelines for verification and quoting.
· Thoroughly documents and communicates to customer, vendor, and stakeholders during the entire project through closure.
· Perceives when to escalate project to senior coworkers or to Management.
· Competently manages and maintains customer relationships and third party/vendor relationships through skillful communication. Builds customer and vendor reliance on TCG expertise.
· Performs other work related duties as assigned.
Performance Measurements:
· Promptly address priority level of work orders to establish daily workflow, designating highest priority projects first.
· Consistently and accurately process a minimum of 35 work orders per day with close supervision; progressively gaining confidence and independence, and increasing in quantity.
· Complete projects on time and within budget.
· Participate in evening and weekend on-call rotation after achieving independent worker status.
· Meet attendance requirements by being on time and present according to established work schedules.
· Adhere to all TCG policies and procedures.

Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or equivalent; previous project manager experience or equivalent experience, preferred.
Tools and Technology:
Personal computer; Facilities Exchange program; General office equipment (e.g. telephone, photocopier, scanner); Microsoft Office Suite; Internet access.
Working Conditions:
Non-hazardous, indoor controlled environment, typical for an office. May be required to work some evenings and weekends as part of the on-call rotation.
Physical Requirements:

· Physical Strength: Sedentary Work; Sitting most of the time. Exerts up to 10 lbs. of force occasionally.
· Finger Dexterity: Continuously. To individually, or as a group, flex and extend fingers for fine and precise manipulation of small items or to activate a keyboard or keyboard mouse.
Sitting – Frequently. Resting of the body weight in a seated position while engaging in a single activity
