STATESON HOMES is looking for a dynamic individual who brings leadership, managerial, and problem solving skills to the table. Our Project Managers directly oversee residential construction activities, budgets, and customer interactions for a specific community.

The Stateson Homes’ mission is to provide a superior product and customer service to our home buyers that will create and grow referrals and repeat business for the long term. We empower our project managers to solve problems and find solutions to enhance the home buying experience for the customer. In this role you must communicate regularly with each customer throughout the building process and ensure that each home is built to Stateson Homes’ specifications. Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and supervising trade partners and vendors
• Conducting quality control inspections of homes under construction
• Managing company assets and individual job budgets
• Interacting with customers, building officials, and our sales team
• Creating a world class customer experience

Requirements:

• Proven leadership and strong problem solving skills
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to develop and maintain relationships with internal and external shareholders
• Accountability and outstanding work ethic
• Bachelor's degree
• 3+ years’ experience managing a construction process

Base Salary Range: $82,000 to $102,500 depending on experience
