We are looking for a competent Marketing/Property Manager to be in charge of our business' marketing ventures and assist in property management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Marketing:

• Produce ideas for promotional efforts and organize them efficiently
• Plan and execute social media campaigns for promotion of business
• Advertise and market vacant spaces to attract guests
• Source and build relationships with prospective clients to expand business opportunities
• Responsible for producing valuable content for the company’s online presence (including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, VRBO, Airbnb, and our website).
• Produce email marketing to attract previous guests to rebook
• Respond to guest reviews with professionalism
• Maintain Google Business profile
• Maintain property owner relationships via email communication and other efforts

Property Management

• Manage all aspects of vacation rental properties in coordination with other property managers
• Answer phones and respond to emails from guests, owners, and vendors
• Provide excellent customer service, guest and owner relations
• Manage reservations including, but not limited to entering reservations, processing payments, communicating with guests
• Inspect properties between reservations and arrange maintenance to meet standards
• Maintain a positive, productive relationship with guests via phone, email, and reservation system messaging
• Oversee properties’ personnel (housekeeping, maintenance, and inspectors) and assess its performance
• Rotate occasional evening/weekend on-call manager role with other team members

Skills

• Proven experience in Social Media Marketing
• Experience in property management a plus
• Excellent leadership and organizing skills
• Analytical and creative thinking
• Exquisite communication and interpersonal skills
• Up to speed with current and online marketing techniques and best practices
• Customer-oriented approach with aptitude
• BSc/BA in business administration, marketing and communications or relevant fields preferred

• Competency in MS Office, Facebook and Instagram (Meta), Google, Email Marketing (Mailchimp) and relevant databases and software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
