About the role:

How you will contribute:

• Perform characterization testing on visible particles identified during GMP operations from released raw materials through finished drug product and product complaint sample.

• Document the particle identification data , establish and maintenance of particle libraries.

• Review and Approval of Test Protocols, Test Procedures and Test Documentation in Quality Management Systems.

• Documentation of Test Performance and Results according to internal Guidance and cGMP Guidelines

• Generate the Equipment Logbooks and perform documentation in Logbooks. Generate of SOPs and associated forms.

• Responsible for Laboratory Equipment and areas as assigned as well as support Equipment Qualifications.

• Actively participate in Continuous Improvement Projects, Improve the Processes and Improvement of Documentation.

What you bring to Takeda:

Required:

• Chemical or technical education at a technical college or degree at an university.

• English (spoken and written).

• cGMP awareness and quality understanding (incl. GDDP = good documentation & data management).

• Cooperative, good communication, problem solving skills, independent and proactive way of working. Strong team player skills.

Preferred/ Beneficial:

• Experienced with instrumental-analytical methods, especially FT-IR spectroscopy, Raman spectroscopy, SEM/EDX and/or similar

• Knowledge of LIMS systems (Laboratory Information Management Systems)

• Several years of professional experience in a QC lab and/or similar (e.g. forensic lab, analytical CTL, …)

• Experienced with validation/qualification according to cGMP guidelines

• Project management skills

• Practiced in working with MS office applications and/or similar
