Must have own hand tools and a drivers license. Duties consist of repairs, painting, and refurbishing empty apartments.

Is responsible to diagnose issues of complex scope with design, field performance, and reliability in mind. Works closely with other senior engineers and shares

Personal protective equipment provided or required. Social distancing guidelines in place. Sanitizing, disinfecting, or cleaning procedures in place.

Must be able to proficiently evaluate and treat pediatric patients. Must be able to perform minor procedures. (i.e.- Lacerations, I & D of abscesses).
