Position Overview

What you will do

• Support the quality team in customer and regulatory audits of the quality management system
• Perform internal audits of internal, customer, and regulatory requirements
• Manage, maintain, and uphold quality management system documentation
• Function as subject matter expert for all quality system requirements.
• Comply with all safety and health guidelines, quality standard practices/procedures and housekeeping standards.
• Effectively communicate and reinforce commitment to quality improvement efforts.
• Assist with corporate quality system processes – procedure management, customer quality surveys, root cause/corrective action activities, etc.

What you will need

• To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Lead auditor certification from a recognized quality standard preferred.
• Requires a bachelor's degree in a technical or manufacturing related field from a four-year college or university or 5 years of quality experience in a manufacturing environment. Must be familiar with quality management system standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, AS9100, ISO 13485, etc.)
• Requires the ability to competently operate a computer and be proficient with Microsoft Office. Should be knowledgeable and/or familiar with applicable IATF, ISO, and quality system requirements and policies.
