We are looking for a rockstar customer service person/sales person.

We need 2 main skillsets:

1) graphic design: decent with images, editing, enhancing photos. a plus if you can edit videos

2) the ability to call sellers of properties to negotiate prices of properties. :)

This person will take call back people interested in selling or buying their land.

(We buy and sell land (real estate)) so it's pretty easy as they sort of go look at it and whether they like it or not , they'll buy etc.

You would need to work with title companies, the sellers and buyers of properties. We need someone excellent on the phone.

No Real Estate experience necessary. We can train the right person

What we are looking for?

1st We are looking for someone that can easily hold a conversation, loves being on the phone, that can talk to anybody and make anybody like them. Yes, we sell real estate but i want the person to like you on the phone first.

2nd. must type at least 60 WPM

3rd. we're looking for someone familiar with the computer/marketing. We are looking for someone that can bring a CRM and help organize the leads we have. You would have to upload pictures, sometimes change format of pictures, upload video content to youtube, We would like you to be tech savvy.

What are our services?

We basically buy and sell land so you would be constantly talking to buyers, sellers and title companies.

You must be able to call up the leads on phone, email the leads afterwards also. even on weekends
